Production notes
The must is fermented with the skins at a temperature of between 25 and 30°C. It is periodically pumped over to facilitate the solubilization of the compounds present in the grapes. Malolactic fermentation confers roundness to the wine.
Tasting notes
Intense aromas and flavors of black fruit. It is full-bodied with a velvety texture and balanced tannins.

May 2021 (Vintage 2018)A harmonious red, medium- to full-bodied and playing savory herbed olive and salty mineral notes off a pure note of dried raspberry. Fine-grained tannins provide chewy definition, firming the spiced finish. Carignan, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Best from 2022 through 2030. 2,500 cases made, 1,200 cases imported. — AN

(5+) ★★★ 1/2 ©
