Production notes
Alma Negra means "black soul" because the color of the wines from Bonarda is deep and intense. Ernesto wanted to create a wine about which little is known regarding composition or technical details, so the wine is judged solely on perception. The first vintage of this wine, launched in 2006, was called Misterio, and the label symbolized a hidden identity or mystery.
Tasting notes

On the palate it flows smoothly with full round tannins and lingers for a long time with echoes of dark ripe fruit and warm espresso.
