Production notes
The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed,and then the solid parts were separated in a pneumatic press. The must were stabilized in inox and decanted at low temperature for 24 hours. The vinification occurred in stainless steel tanks with automatic temperature controlfor two weeks. The bottled wine was aged before release.
Tasting notes
Citrine-yellow, young and fresh, harmonious, highlighting orange blossom, lime, linden and light lemon balm. Balanced flavour with mineral acidity softened by a pleasant volume.
