Product notes
Produced from the winery's youngest vines, 20 years old on average, located part in Castiglione Falletto and part in Serralunga d’Alba. All the sites have south and south-west exposure where the vines strictly produce Nebbiolo for Barolo.
Production notes
Aged exclusively in stainless steel, this wine used rotofermenters during the 7 day fermentation process that was conducted at 28 °C.
Tasting notes
Violet and floral aromas. Juicy with refreshing touches of cherry, strawberry, currant, and very ripe tannins. An approach to Barolo that lends instantaneous drinkability.
