Surrounded by forests, the grapes for this rosé are harvested from the hill vineyards at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level, which is where Pinot Noir can fulfil its most elegant expression. A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, it shows a vibrant floral and fruity character with gentle and persistent aromas of violet and redcurrant. Aged on its lees for more than 30 months, it combines crunchy fruit with refreshing acidity.

Aromas of orange liqueur and bread crust follow over to the palate along with sour cherry, pomegranate and saline. A lively perlage provides the setting.
