Product notes

A blend of 3 indigenous Piedmont grape varieties, Dolcetto and Freisa, grown on clay-limestone soils. The plots are exposed to the East/Northeast. The grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. The wines then undergo a short aging period, mostly in concrete tanks and the rest in Slavonian oak casks, before being blended and bottled.

Tasting notes

Pinin has a pleasant fragrance of red fruits, cherries, spices, and roses. The palate is elegant and offers black and red fruits, plums, sage, roses, and spices. A combination of refreshing and youthful charm with a tight backbone.
