Tasting notes
This light Cahors showcases all the freshness and deliciousness of Malbec through aromas of red and black fruits, blackcurrant, cherry, and wild berries, with slightly spicy touches. The palate is straightforward, delicious, and well-balanced. The tannins are round, and the finish is finely spiced. Very versatile, it will accompany gourmet cuisine: duck breast, duck confit, as well as grilled meats, charcuterie, terrines, and truffled pâtés.
