François-Xavier Barc, known as "FX," arrived in the Loire Valley 18 years ago and fell in love with its terroir and Loire grape varieties. Made from 100% Chenin. Aged in barrels of 1 to 3 wines for 10 months. Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the southern bank of the Loire opposite Vouvray in Touraine.
Production notes
The cuvée Les Trois Parcelles is a Montlouis made from several terroirs. This wine combines freshness and elegance. A very aromatic white wine with lovely notes reminiscent of pear. Very flavorful, ample, and rich. With beautiful fruitiness. Pleasant.
