Production notes

In the vineyards, sustainable practices are followed; the fertilizers used are 100% organic, and no pesticides are applied. The yield is a maximum of 4 kilos per vine. At the winery, grapes, juice, and wine are moved entirely by gravity. The wines are neither filtered nor clarified. They are racked four times during the first twelve months.

Tasting notes

A wine with a dark cherry-red color. The complex nose reveals dominant aromas of plum jam and eucalyptus. Discover this dry red with beautiful freshness and firm tannins. The palate reflects the aromas perceived on the nose, recalling flavors of cooked fruits, toasted oak, and spices.

September 2019 (Vintage 2016)

Ripe cherry and red plum flavors mingle with leafy, loamy earth and vanilla notes in this harmonious red. The dense texture is supported by well-integrated tannins and citrusy acidity keeps this lively. Drink now through 2028.
