About this winery

The Pinson family has been producing wine for over 350 years. Laurent and Christophe Pinson, worthy successors of their grandfather Louis, perpetuate the family tradition, which began in 1640, date of the first official documents kept by the family. In 1940, Louis Pinson and his wife were among the first Chablis winemakers to bottle and sell their wines directly to the public. Cask sample. Initially quite reticent, unfurls with more aeration developing some spicy characters from maturation in older wood. Citrus zest keeps the palate fresh. Classy Mont de Milieu with winning combination of ripe fruit, stony feel and salty finish.
