About this winery

Dominio Romano was created as a tribute to the Romans who introduced the cultivation of the wine to the region more than 2000 years ago. Their vision is very clear: to transmit the character of the Tinto Fino variety from the best vineyard sites of the region into the wineglass at its purest. To enjoy the juice of Ribera del Duero is to enjoy a piece of history; a history with roots deep in the Dominio Romano.

Production notes

Here we search for the expression of the fresh and kind fruit of the grape that proceeds from a strict selection of vineyards between 15 and 30 years. The elaboration pretends to extract the maximum aromatic potential of the grape while preserving a balanced and mild wine to be enjoyed in any occasion.

Tasting notes

Deep red-purple color. On the nose the wine presents intense fruity aromas that remind of red and black fruit confiture. On the palate the wine behaves elegant with a good acidity that gives great balance. The fruity character is combined with a gentle touch of oak and a very fresh and clean finish.
