About this winery

Grupo Artevino was founded from the expanding ambitions of the Anton Family. Originally coming from the restaurant world, the family owns the Michelin starred Zaldiaran. Product notes

Finca Villacreces is located in Ribera del Duero, with a continental climate and varied soils. Harvesting is done by hand, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it presents aromas of black fruits, spices, and wood, with velvety tannins and an elegant finish.

Tasting notes

The flavors of red fruits are enhanced by nuances of woody caramel. Aging in French oak barrels adds fruity complexity to the palate. Memories of ripe fruits and licorice linger. It leaves a pleasant sweetness on the palate with a touch of freshness, making it juicy and delicate, with fine tannins. Generous aromas of prunes and perfectly ripe black fruits unfold.
