Production notes

24 year average age of vines. Hog Canyon and Northern area of Paso Robles, planted on rolling hill, loam soils. No stems, no whole clusters at crusher, pressed at dryness, malo-lactic completed after pressing.

Tasting notes

Plump, juicy and beautifully layered in the glass, the wine offers plenty of varietal fruit, savory herbs, tobacco and cedar. Aging in steel preserves considerable freshness. Dark cherry, plum and mocha wrap around the succulent finish.
