(Vintage 2019)

A whiff of exoticism is present on the ripe aromas of passion fruit, white peach and even more discreet wood influence. The round and delicious medium weight flavors possess a lovely sense of underlying tension along with a subtle minerality that arises on the lingering and slightly more complex finale. Lovely.

William Kelley, (Vintage 2019)

The most structured of the domaine's three whites is the 2019 Givry 1er Cru Crausot Blanc, a medium to full-bodied, satiny wine that's evocative of orange oil, pears, pastry cream and white flowers. Textural and incisive, it's framed by chalky extract.

(Vintage 2017)

Here too residual fermentation aromas presently overshadow the underlying fruit. More positively there is first-rate punch to the citrus, stony and saline-infused flavors and finish that offers excellent depth and length. While there is a hint of warmth, overall this is very impressive and Crausot again proves why it's the best vineyard in Givry for whites.
