Product notes

Bright purple hues highlighted with medium ruby colour. Ripe blackberry aromas are surrounded by a bouquet of cream and a hint of baking spices. Juicy and concentrated on the palate with a mix of black fruit and a creamy vanilla texture from oak aging. A succulent and toasty finish.

Production notes

The grapes were harvested between August 24 - September 15, 2015, with an average Brix of 24.6. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must was pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine then was aged in new and used French and American Oak for approximately 6 months.
