Production notes
Grapes were harvested between September 3-60, 20153, with an average Brix of 25.7. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must was pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine then received the equivalent of approximately 6 months of aging in French and American Oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Medium ruby hue. Offers strawberry, fresh cherry and vanilla cream aromatics. These flavours are also recognizable along with a hint of blueberry. Round and mouthwatering, the finish is a well-balanced combination of fruit flavours with vanilla and cream from oak aging.
