Production notes

After a light maceration for four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at an average temperature of 16° C. After the fermentation was finished the contact with the lees from the fermentation continued for four months with daily bâtonnages.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with green tints. Clear and transparent. Medium intensity on the nose with notes of pear and banana. In the mouth it is fresh with a good acidity and balance. Serving temperature: 10 - 12° C.

June 2020 (Vintage 2019)

Lovely aroma of ripe pears and creamy stone fruit, really creamy, somehow like puréed fruit with a touch of vanilla even though the wine is unoaked and tangy. The lees have given a richness on the nose and a touch of spice on the palate. Bags of lovely fresh yet rounded fruit and a surprising intensity on the palate for a wine with such moderate alcohol. Fresh aftertaste that is more swtony than fruity.
