Pale yellow color with green tints. Clear and transparent. Medium intensity on the nose with notes of pear and banana. In the mouth it is fresh with a good acidity and balance. Serving temperature: 10 - 12° C
Lovely aroma of ripe pears and creamy stone fruit, really creamy, somehow like puréed fruit with a touch of vanilla even though the wine is unoaked and tangy. The lees have given a richness on the nose and a touch of spice on the palate. Bags of lovely fresh yet rounded fruit and a surprising intensity on the palate for a wine with such moderate alcohol. Fresh aftertaste that is more swtony than fruity.
