About this winery

Located in the Penedès region, Parés Baltà is a family-owned vineyard with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1790. Product notes

Parcel harvest: Finca El Subal at 616m for Parellada, Finca Parés Baltà at 230-325m for Macabeo and Xarel.lo. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. The second fermentation took place in the bottle, following the traditional method. The wine is bottled after blending for aging on lees for at least 12 months.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with brilliant highlights. The nose opens with floral notes, complemented by aromas of pear and apple. On the palate, the wine is lively and light, with fine bubbles. Dominant notes of white fruits linger on the finish. Serve between 6°C and 8°C to celebrate any occasion or in a mimosa to brighten up brunch!
