Located in the Penedès region, Parés Baltà is a family-owned vineyard with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1790. Today, the estate produces a wide range of high-quality wines and cavas that have received numerous accolades both nationally and internationally. By continually focusing on quality, their goal is to produce some of the best and most interesting wines in the world.

Product notes
Espígol is made with 100% Malvasia de Sitges grown organically and biodynamically in our vineyards in the Penedès. We harvest the grapes by hand and after receiving the grapes at the winery and gentle pressing, the grapes are fermented at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks for 17 days. They are not aged in barrels, the wine is only left on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
