Production notes
Fermentation à 16° C en cuve inoxydable durant 3 semaines.
Tasting notes
Couleur jaune pâle avec des reflets légèrement verts. Net et limpide. Bonne intensité olfactive avec notes de fruits à chair blanche très mures et florales sur un fond de grillés très intégré. La bouche est douce, grasse, fraîche et équilibrée. Au-dessus du boisé prédomine le fruit. Long et agréable post-goût de fruits à chair blanche. Température de service: 8 – 10° C.
