Located in the Penedès region, Parés Baltà is a family-owned vineyard with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1790. Production notes
The grapes cultivated using biodynamic and organic practices. Once harvested they were fermented at 20º C in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks with 3 daily pump-over’s. They were then aged 5 months in new and 2 fill French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Lovely ripeness of and generous flavours of raspberry. Elegant floral scents aromas on the nose shows complex and intense fresh wild fruit. On the palate fresh red fruit dominates with a hint of exotic spices and smoky oak undertones. Well balanced, with very fine tannins and a long finish.
