Perfectly situated in the heart of the McLaren Vale, but previously unplanted due to restricted water rights, Quandong Farm was named after Australia’s indigenous Quandong fruit to throw competing wineries off the scent of this highly desirable vineyard site. When the Paxton’s discovered a zoning change that would now allow for a vineyard they shrewdly snapped up the property declaring Quandong farming as the sites intended use.
