Product notes
Vines are grown in the villages of Treiso, Neive, Barbaresco, and Neviglie. Plantation density is of 4.000 to 5.000 plants per hectare. This wine expresses different « natures » corresponding to the different sites on which the berries are grown. In the dialect, the word « Barlet » refers to the small flask farmers used to carry as refreshment during their long working hours in the fields.
Production notes
Separate wine-making process for each grape variety; maceration for 10 to 15 days, and ageing in stainless steel tanks. The wines are blended immediately prior to bottling.
Tasting notes
