Production notes
Made from Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Viura, on poor limestone terraces of calcareous, clay soil, with bedrock surfacing in certain areas. Traditional viticulture, and the entire harvest is hand-picked in 20kg cases. Harvest begins at the end of September/early October and ends late October. Remelluri makes a primary selection in vineyard and a secondary one on the sorting table, to ensure that only the best grapes are used.
