Production notes
Skyfall is crafted by the talented Nicole Walsh, a star winemaker with 23 vintages to her credit, including nearly two decades in California as the iconic winemaker of Bonny Doon Vineyard. Nicole's passion lies in creating exceptional wines true to their terroir, and after much anticipation, she finally brings her talent to the Columbia Valley through Skyfall.
Tasting notes
The aromas swirl in the glass, with juicy flavors of cherry candy accompanied by notes of cocoa powder weaving through the palate. Balanced acidity and polished tannins persist on the finish.
