About this winery
This Farm is the result of the charm that this land grants to those who visit and experience it. The same charm that struck entrepreneur Ferruccio Vidussi, who founded the winery by the same name in the eighties. When he passed away, the winery was managed by Cantine Giacomo Montresor, which immediately shared his objectives and followed into his footsteps, performing vine-growing farming of excellence in one of the best areas in Italy: THE COLLIO.

Production notes
Manual harvesting of perfectly healthy and ripe grapes followed by 8-hours maceration in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (< 10°C. ) After the racking and the phases of clarification the alcoholic fermentation starts with the help of selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature, for at least 3 months. During the spring following the harvest, it undergoes through the phases of clarification, stabilization and filtration
