Tasting notes

Pale yellow with the greenish tint typical of the Furmint grape. Fresh and aromatic with hints of white flowers and grapefruit. A palate of exotic fruits with pear and quince followed by a lingering mineral, salty finish. Refreshingly elegant.

Sylvia Wu, February 2021 (Vintage 2019)

Sourced from volcanic clay soils, it has a nose of flint and bee wax, mingled with citrus and bruised apple. Fresh acidity sings through concentrated lime, stone fruit and apple juice, with citrus peel bitterness and a touch of honey amongst the weighty 13.5% alcohol.
