About this winery

The vineyard sources for our wines stretch from western Sonoma county, some five miles from the Pacific to Carneros, just north of San Francisco Bay. 2022 (Vintage 2019)

A chunky and rather dense chardonnay that is tight and energetic at the same time. Lilacs and flowers. Full-bodied with chewy tannins. Mountain-fruit character. Dry-farmed. Old-school nature to this. One for aging!

(Vintage 20020)

Aromas of pear, crushed stone and lime leaf. Medium-to full-bodied. Really dynamic and layered, with notes of citrus and stone fruit, together with fresh and dried flowers. Crystal-clear and harmonious. Chamomile and a bit of lavender. Delicious now, but this will age beautifully. Drink or hold.

2022 (Vintage 2019)

Light butterscotch note on the nose and a slightly sweeter wine than the Ramey, Woolsey Road 2018 and Kongsgaard 2019 tasted alongside. Though there is the same green streak as in the Ramey. Classic California Chardonnay.
