Production notes

Once the grapes reach the winery, they undergo an immediate soft pressing whose result is a delicate pink must. After this process, the wine (which is extremely fragrant and appealing) is refermented together with particular yeasts which are selected by Montresor. The refermentation takes place in small vats and the wine matures on the yeasts for four months. Then it is put in elegant bottles of transparent glass, designed specifically for Montresor.

Tasting notes

Delicate pink in colour with a subtle and persistent perlage, with aromas of bread, red flowers, ripe apple and cherries. The palate is extremely elegant with a very long finish.
