About this winery
The long history of the Montresor family boasts illustrious ancestors, like the Count Claude de Montresor, the prime counsellor of Duke D'Orleans in France in 1600 (his writings, "Memoirs", dating back to 1663, are considered of great interest). Production notes
Soft pressing, fermenting at low temperature. The malolactic fermentation is prevented. Wine is refined in stainless steel tanks for a few months prior to bottling.
Tasting notes
Clear pale yellow in colour, with greenish reflections. Fresh and slightly fruity bouquet with delicate aromas of acacia and elder blossoms. Dry, with an almond and honey aftertaste.
