About this winery

Olivier Humbrecht is one of the world's most renowned winegrowers. He is a Master of Wine and has been described by Robert Parker as the greatest white winemaker on earth.  This dry riesling masterpiece is full of seeming contradictions that give it a sense of mystery you very rarely find. So rich and concentrated, yet also astonishingly vivid and precise, the aromas range from smoke to roses, although the most obvious note is the peachy one up front. Breathtakingly long and complete finish with so much mineral complexity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Although only just beginning to open up, this is already a breathtakingly vibrant dry white that marries perfectly ripe, fresh-pineapple character with enormous minerality dominating the stunningly long and precise finish. In spite of all this intensity, the wine has an almost weightless feel to it. Did somebody say langoustines? From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Impressionnant nez de pierre à fusil dans le riesling Rangen : un vin archétypal du cru, infusé de saveurs racinaires, dont la puissance tellurique sait s’accompagner d’une texture douce mais vibrante.
