Whole-bunch pressed, eight weeks in burgundy barrels (20% new), malo. Aged 11 months in barrel on lees without racking. Bottled April 2021. RS 2 g/l, TA 6 g/l, pH 3.15, SO2 total 134 mg/l, free 38 mg/l. Screwcap.
Pure citrus – both grapefruit and lemon – with a slight smoky/reductive note. Gorgeous mix of vineyard/fruit purity and careful winemaking. Deep, long, creamy and fresh. A way to go.
