Framed in the Protected Designation of Origin Txakoli de Álava , the singularity of the cultivated vineyard and the production technology used allow to obtain wines with a marked personality and excellent quality. Product notes

Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with green tones. Intense varietal aromas, with notes of white fruits (pear and apple), citrus (grapefruit) and stone (peach). Fresh on the palate, tasty aromatic finish, balanced, long and persistent, with light bitter and mineral notes of a varietal character and marked by the cultivated soil.

Production notes

Plot selection, harvest by hand in small boxes, second selection on the table, destemming and cold maceration before gentle pressing, static racking of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature, inert, stabilized and microfiltered process.

Tasting notes

Serve chilled in a glass, at around 8º- 10º, perfect for pairing with sashimi and sushi, fish served rare and cold shellfish. Ideal cheeses for contrast pairing include Gorgonzola and Cabrales.

Profitons alors du chaud soleil de juillet pour tâter de cet assemblage de courbu et de petit courbu au fruité tonique et éclatant de melon de miel et de pomme pour appeler la soif à réagir et la conversation à rebondir.
