Harvested at over-ripeness to capture the full richness of its aromas, this Chardonnay undergoes a skin maceration lasting 6 to 12 hours, a crucial step that extracts the finest aromas and compounds from the skins. The gentle pressing using a pneumatic press then ensures a smooth extraction process.

This Chardonnay captivates with its luminous straw-yellow hue and subtle highlights. The nose, intense and complex, reveals elegant aromas of smoky wood and oak, complemented by enchanting hints of incense and ripe white fruits.
