Tasting notes

Castelnau de Suduiraut is the second wine of Suduiraut and possesses a more youthful, fresher style made from younger vines. A blend of 94% Semillon and 6% Sauvignon Blanc, this has aromas of spices, fruity jams and wood with a generous, full-bodied palate with notes of creme de peche, dried apricot and licorice.

Roger Voss, (Vintage 2010)

Made from young vines, this is the second wine of Suduiraut. It has young, honeyed character, with a ripe, opulent texture that lays bitter orange fruits over drier noble rot flavors. It is so delicious now, but will be better from 2017.
