About this winery

The Domaine covers 34 ha, of which 28 ha are in the Sancerre appellation and 6 ha in the Menetou-Salon appellation. More than forty parcels offer an exceptional diversity of exposures, slopes and soils, spread over the three main terroirs of the region. This diversity combined with our oenological know-how allows each of our wines to express in their structure, their elegance and their finesse all the originality of their terroir.

Production notes

The Marnes et Caillottes cuvée is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in vineyard parcels with varying types of soil: “Caillottes” and “Kimmeridgian Marls”. Each terroir contributes complexity and finesse to this cuvée. The “caillottes” give the wine its floral and fruity notes, along with its lightness and freshness while the “terres blanches” (Kimmeridgian marls) provide structure, richness and power. It is its multiple origins that lend this cuvée its personality.
