Tasting notes

Remarkably brilliant with rich fruit and balanced acidity, this wine shows fragrant citrus blossom, lemon and floral aromas, with melon, pear, lychee nut and key-lime flavors on a honeysuckle mineral-rich finish.

From the Roqueta family, long in the business and doing innovative work. This Garnacha with a dash of Syrah and Morenillo has rich and fleshy flavours of blueberry, liquorice and green pepper. Terra Alta is a great source of high-quality value wines.

L’Ecole has championed this variety in the state for decades, and this wine is consistently one of Washington’s best values. Aromas of fig and lanolin are followed by full-feeling, textured flavors. As always with this variety, the enjoyment is equal parts feel and flavor. Enjoy it now or give it some time in the cellar. Either way, you will not be disappointed.
