Le Pouilly-Vinzelles Les Quarts 2017 est excellent, il s'ouvre dans le verre avec un bouquet complexe de poire d'Anjou, pomme verte, menthe et zeste d'orange. En bouche, le vin est moyennement corsé, satiné et étagé, avec une attaque carressante, une excellente profondeur en bouche, une acidité vive et une finale longue et précise.
