Production notes

After harvesting at night to preserve the freshness, this Chardonnay is fermented in the classic Burgundian method. The entire production is aged in wood for 6-8 months to bring complexity and finesse to this wine. Regular stirrings allow refurbishment of lees to give volume, fat and flavor to the wine.

Tasting notes

Straw-yellow robe. Aromas of white flowers and acacia with hints of toasted almonds and a touch of honey. A dry wine with a nice roundness with, in the final, a hint of vanilla. A fresh and balanced wine.
