This signature blended Irish Whisky is aged for 5 long years in handpicked, 1st fill, ex-bourbon barrels which add a delicate, subtle sweetness to the whisky and also provide a deep oak woodiness and light char to the finish.
Tasting notes
On the nose, you'll notice light citrus notes, peppered spice, and vanilla undertones. The taste brings out earthy fruits, butterscotch, and the distinctive vanilla sweetness derived from the bourbon barrels. White peppper adds a subtle kick, followed by an enriching oak woodiness. As for the finish, it's a harmonious blend of sweet and spice, with prominent oak flavors and lingering ripe fruits.
