Production notes
Each variety is macerated cold during the first week to obtain a wine with a silky structure and then the alcoholic fermentation is done at 23º C for 20 days.
Tasting notes
Medium intense cherry hue. Predominating smell of red fruits covering a background of toasty notes and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and friendly and with smooth tannins; flavors of red fruits, such as cherries, combined with a touch of vanilla.
