Derrière une robe soutenue, on découvre un blanc avec une fine note pâtissière sans la moindre trace de bois. Profond et sapide, il s’appuie sur un fruit onctueux et mûr, jouant sur des notes de cédrat qui remplissent littéralement la bouche. On a un vin libre vivant large et long à la fois. Superbe.
