Antonio Galloni, (Vintage 2017)

Leave it to Giancarlo Pacenti to make one of the most polished Rossos of 2017. Sleek and racy, with tons of persistence, the 2017 is super-expressive today. Dark cherry, spice, menthol, licorice and espresso all run through this mid-weight, striking Rosso. All the elements are impeccably balanced, in a pliant, racy Rosso that delivers the goods. June 2019 (Vintage 2017)

Ripe plum, baking-spice, menthol and blue-flower aromas lead the way on this young red. Savory and medium bodied, the palate delivers succulent black cherry, coffee bean, mint and licorice alongside close-grained tannins. Drink through 2021.
