The Siro Pacenti estate was founded in 1971, but its story truly began in 1988 when Giancarlo Pacenti (Siro's son) decided to fully dedicate himself to managing the family estate. It was in the early 1990s, during a visit to Bordeaux, that Giancarlo began to gain a deep understanding of the Montalcino terroir.
