(Vintage 2019)

There’s so much ripe-pear aroma in this focused dry white and the lemony freshness is more than enough to carry the generous body. Long, very clean finish that’s bone dry, but polished. A blend of two-thirds chardonnay and one-third auxerrois. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
