Tasting notes
This barolo has an intense nose with spicy aromas such as cocoa, mint, black cherries, blackberries and leather enhanced by beautiful accents of dried flowers, spices, and black pepper. The taste is a real sensation, decanting is a must and then fantastic flavors emerge. In the mouth the Borgogno Cesare has very refined refined tannins which are nicely fused and this makes the wine velvety. The Cesare is perhaps one of the most beautiful Barolos and despite the serious price, this is a pleasure to drink and is worth every drop.
