About this winery
In 1994, Pablo Eguzkiza and Telmo Rodríguez, along with a third oenologist, created a Garnacha from old bush vineyards in Navarra. The wine was called Alma (soul). This is how the business started, originally under the name of Compañía de Vinos de La Granja. Pruning: Old bush vine
Soil: Place between 800 and 1000 m of altitude. Granite develop from magma origin. Flat shallow soils of coarse texture and low water retention capacity (dry soils)
Viticulture: Traditional organic
Harvest: Hand picking in cases of 14 kg

Fermentation: Native yeast without additives
Fermentation tank: Stainless steel tanks of 4000 kg
