About this winery

The estate was founded in the early 1960s as soon as the first planting heaters (pots filled with fuel oil and lighted by night to combat spring frosts) have appeared. From that point, the Chablis vineyard and its 19 communes were able to produce wines for commercial sale. Winemakers started planting vines, and the vineyard has been growing ever since.

Production notes

The wines of Francis and Adhemar Boudin are not the most well-known in Chablis, but they ought to be. This basic Chablis is an unbelievable value, from domaine vineyards on argil-calcaire and Kimmeridgean soils. Pure in fruit, this wine opens quickly, immediately showing its quality and striking minerality.
