About this winery
Dominio Romano was created as a tribute to the Romans who introduced the cultivation of the wine to the region more than 2000 years ago. Their vision is very clear: to transmit the character of the Tinto Fino variety from the best vineyard sites of the region into the wineglass at its purest. To enjoy the juice of Ribera del Duero is to enjoy a piece of history; a history with roots deep in the Dominio Romano.

Product notes
Smoky and dark fruited on the nose, this has the same joyful red fruit as its little brother the Camino – but here there’s a lot more structure, more “seriousness”, plus wonderful acidity and mineral energy
Production notes
Crianza: Aged for 12 months in French 400l oak barrels, 2nd fill. Bottling: Without stabilizing and with a minimum filtration. May contain natural sediments in the bottle.
Tasting notes
Dark red color, the wine has an intense fruity aroma and a layer of toffee notes. On the palate it reflects the conditions of the harvest, reencountering a more elegant and fresh Ribera, much more lively with a higher acidity and soft tannins which distance us from the last hot and excessively mature years. A Ribera, more continental than ever, more fresh, fruity and soft.
