Production notes
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to mature its lees for approximately ten months both in barriques and in steel barrels. Fining takes place in the bottle for 3 months.
Tasting notes
The color is intense, with purplish glints. The nose is fruity reminiscent of small red fruits mixed with notes of spices and leather. The flavor is full, soft and persistent.
